Sarah Conklin
Director
Sarah Conklin is a creative professional and former Division I athlete who has been a leading advocate for the development of boys volleyball in North Carolina. She is the founder and director of the North Carolina Boys Volleyball Association (NCBVA), serves as the Boys Representative on the Carolina Region USA Volleyball Board, and has been a coach for more than 17 years. Conklin is one of the key figures driving the expansion of high school boys volleyball both within North Carolina and across the country.
Inspired by the impact the sport has had on her own sons, she is passionate about creating access for athletes nationwide. She also serves on the Dottie Rose Board, which works to close the gender gap in technology for young women. Additionally, Conklin is an entrepreneur and podcaster in commercial real estate and CRE technology. She co-chairs the First Point National Committee to Grow High School Boys Volleyball.
