Mitchell Casteel

Mitchell Casteel is the CEO of Tournaments, Inc. and a board member of First Point. His coaching career began as an assistant coach at the University of Texas, followed by a head coaching position at Baylor University. He later became the club director of Houston Juniors Volleyball Club, where he established the organization as one of the premier volleyball clubs in the nation. Casteel also pioneered the first full-time junior volleyball training center in Texas. More recently, he has served as a volunteer assistant coach at Cal State Bakersfield.
