Marin Gjaja
Vice Chair
Marin Gjaja is the chief strategy officer at Ford Motor Company and currently serves as vice chair of the USA Volleyball Foundation. He is a former chairman of the board for the First Point Volleyball Foundation and previously served as chief operating officer of Ford Model e, Ford’s electric vehicle division, where he was accountable for leading all aspects of the business, including profit and loss.
Gjaja is also a former senior partner and managing director with The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Chicago, where he led BCG’s system of offices in the U.S. Midwest and served on the North America Leadership Team.
A 1991 graduate of Princeton University, he played both football and volleyball and was a three-time volleyball All-American. Gjaja has 35 years of experience as a player and coach, including roles with Adversity, Chicago Bounce, Boston University men’s volleyball, and Seaside Volleyball Club.
