Edwin Moses is one of the most accomplished athletes of our generation. An Olympic champion, sports administrator, diplomat and businessman, Moses is widely respected for his contributions both on and off the track. A physicist by training from Morehouse College, he is known for applying science to perfect his performance in the 400-meter hurdles. He won Olympic gold in 1976 and 1984 and went unbeaten from 1977 to 1987, winning 122 consecutive races. Moses became a leading force behind the Laureus Sport for Good Foundation and served as chairman of the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency. His son, Julian, played volleyball at Lewis University and professionally in Spain.
