Clayton Donley

Vice President and General Manager of the Identity Management Security (IMS) Division at Broadcom Inc., where he leads the company’s identity and access software portfolio - a suite of mission-critical solutions for identity governance, access management, API security, privileged access, IT service management, application development, and essential security products. In this role, he oversees R&D, engineering, product management, marketing, and go-to-market strategy for Broadcom’s IMS division, which includes flagship products like SiteMinder, VIP, AuthHub, Layer7, and Symantec security solutions. Donley joined Broadcom through the acquisition of CA Technologies, where he was Senior Vice President of Engineering for the Security Business Unit, and before that spent 12 years at Oracle as Vice President of Product Development, having joined via the acquisition of OctetString, a security software company he founded in 2001. His career also includes IT, product, and consulting roles at Motorola, IBM, and other organizations. Holds a B.A. from DePaul University, with multiple patents in the identity management space.
